Policy & Procedure

TERMS & CONDITION RELATED TO CLASS SCHEDULE & ATTENDANCE

  1. Classes missed due to teacher’s non-availability / Institute hall non-availability, will be compensated. We will make sure to conduct monthly 04 sessions ( 01hr or 02hrs session per week bases on subject assignment, committed )
  2. We are not liable to give any compensatory class if students missed their class due to any personal or medical reason. However Teacher always giving extra effort & help student to cope up missed portion by next class based on students interest.
  3. Students absent more than a month without informing will not be considered to continue for the session.
  4. A minimum of 75% attendance required to seat in any Exam.

 

LEAVES & HOLIDAYS

Classes are conducted throughout the year except following public holidays. We are mandate to conduct monthly four sessions as committed.  Any missed class can be adjusted with 5th weekends of the month or any other day based on students & teachers availability.

 

Public Holidays:; Classes not be compensated.
• Navaratri/ Dussera (One Week) – in month of September/ October
• Diwali (One Week )– in month of October/November
• Christmas (One Week) – in month of December/January

 

TERMS & CONDITION RELATED TO FEES & CHARGES:

  1. Tuition Fee to be paid regular monthly basis by 7th of every month in advance/or quarterly as per payment schedule.
  2. No adjustment, reduction or refund will be allowed under any circumstances…If student discontinued or missed any classes due to personal or medical reason.
  3. Non Payment of monthly tuition fee; student will not be allowed to continue for the session. To continue further students are required to take readmission for next session.
  4. Exam fee & Stage Performance fee will be applicable time to time, to be paid as per the circular.
  5. Fees towards -admission charges / any stage performance / or exam fees  paid by the student will not be refunded under any circumstances.

 

EVENT & CELEBRATION

  1. Activities like Workshops/ Performances are arranged occasionally for the benefit of students. Students are mandated to attend such activities & will be counted as regular classes.
  2. Festival / Puja – Ganesh Chaturthi & Saraswati Puja /Basant Panchami are celebrated every year with traditions, to connects our students marking the day with various rituals and cultural activities.; arrange a special puja bhog -grand lunch for our stuff & students.

 

OTHER MISCELLANEOUS

  1. We are committed to conduct regular classes but it difficult to commit for same teacher throughout the session. Any circumstances teachers leaves or terminated by the institute; we will find suitable replacement without any interruption.
  2. Examination (Prayag Sangeet Samiti, Allahabad,; SSS Parisad- Rabindrabharati Kolkata) : Students joining after September will not be allowed to seat exam for the particular session.
  3. Exam (Trinity) : Students joining after Feb will not be allowed for summer session. Student joins after May will not be allowed for winter session.
  4. Sangeet Gurugriha allows its Tabla/ Keyboard / Guitar for new joiners subject to the availability. This is only during the first month (2 weeks from the date of joining).
  5. During music classes, No cell phone will allow inside the class room. So keep your cell phone either switched off or silent mode.
