Fees & Payment Terms

Sangeet Gurugriha Refund policy is very simple, when you are enrolling any of classroom or online courses with us; we make sure you are fully aware of our terms & conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you are enrolling a training course through our website, you are mandated to agree to our Terms & Conditions and refund policy.

Registration & Payment Terms and Conditions Confirmation of Registration:
100% payment is required to confirm your registration; registration will not be considered confirmed until payment has been received in full.

FEES STRUCTURE:
Treat Sangeet Gurugriha as a Temple of Learning not a Service Provider.
We collect fees for Institute development & maintenance and teacher’s & staffs welfare
Registration Fee / Admission Fee is one time. (Non refundable/ Non adjustable).
• Tuition Fee (Monthly/ Quarterly) is payable in advance.  Any enrolment under an offer or promotion will Not be refundable/ Non adjustable.
• Exam Fees / Centre Fees will be collecting at the time of Exam Form fill up and as per university schedule.(Non refundable/ Non adjustable).
• Annual Day Program Fees: We conduct annual day program and many events throughout the year. Activity Fees will be collected whenever such events comes and if student is participating in the event.( Non refundable/ Non adjustable)

MODE OF PAYMENT:
Payments must be made through any payment gateway PayU/PayPal/Paytm, using Credit Card, Debit Card, Net-Banking account and digital mode of payment. Please note that the primary currency is in Indian Rupees (INR) only. However other currencies are being accepted as per PayU/PayPal/Paytm gateway acceptance.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND  OF TUTION FEES- CLASSROOM TRAINING:
All cancellation and refund requests from participant must be received in writing or via email. Cancellation requests will NOT be accepted by telephone. The refunds will be provided as below:
• 100% *refund will be made if the request received 03 Days before the first class schedule.
• No Refund request will be entertained less than 03 Days of first class schedule.
*Note: 5% deduction will be made on refunded amount in terms of payment transaction fees and other administrative charges.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND OF TUTION FEES- ONLINE TRAINING:
All cancellation and refund requests from participant must be received in writing or via email. Cancellation requests will NOT be accepted by telephone. The refunds will be provided as below:
• 100% *refund will be made if the request received 48 Hrs before the first class schedule.
• No Refund request will be entertained less than 48 Hrs of first class schedule.
*Note: 5% deduction will be made on refunded amount in terms of payment transaction fees and other administrative charges.

REFUND DUE TO CANCELLATION OF PROGRAM:
SANGEET GURUGRIHA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event or program in case of insufficient registrations or unavailability of Instructor. Such information will be notified in advance and full refund will be made in such inconvenience.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Registrations and Discounts are not transferable
2. Requests for any refunds of additional discounts will not be entertained.
3. No refund will be made if the program required to cancel and re-schedule due to natural calamities or any other circumstances which are beyond our control. In such case the fees paid towards the program will be adjusted against the future programs.
4. Any Refunds will be made through the same payment source was received.
5. All refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the receipt of written request & refund approved by Sangeet Gurugriha.
